The founders
Two businesses, two continents, one obsession
How do you build a business that runs without you, and turns strangers into high-ticket clients without an army to do it?
We’re Matt and Kelly Clark. We built the same thing twice, and it took us years to realise we’d cracked the same code from opposite ends.
Matt built a Samsung dealership to $6M a year, door to door, but it took 60 staff, and he was the thing holding it all together. Then he built a LinkedIn agency to $1.5M and got brilliant at one thing: getting clients leads. The problem was they still couldn’t close them. Hand someone twenty great conversations and they’d turn two into clients. That’s when it hit him, being great at leads is pointless if the whole thing leaks at the close. So he got obsessed with the part before the call.
Kelly was building something completely different. We were both in South Africa, Matt’s business was online, hers was very much in person: a fiber optic equipment business, importing from China, distributing to government, managing staff, stock and warehouses. She’d built it from nothing over ten years. It was her baby, and it owned her. She worked harder than ever and still watched bigger players scale past her, while she stayed stuck in the business instead of on it.
Then we made the decision that changed everything: we were going to leave South Africa and travel the world. Kelly’s first answer was no. Leaving meant abandoning the thing that gave her her identity. But instead of walking away from the business, she did something harder, she built it so it didn’t need her. Two years of systems, automations and management teams. Then a three-month test trip. The business didn’t just survive without her. It doubled, then tripled.
She’d proven the same thing Matt had: the system is the business. So she sold it, and we went looking for home.
We found it on an island in Thailand. Matt rebuilt his sales process around one question, what would have to be true for every person on a call to be pre-sold before we ever speak? Not most. All. His close rate went from 50% to 80%, the no-shows vanished, and he got two days a week back. Kelly brought the other half: the systems that let a business run, scale, and free its owner entirely.
That’s the company. Matt builds the engine that turns strangers into buyers. Kelly builds the systems that mean you’re not the one running it. Today we sell about two days a week, we have a baby boy, and we live the life the systems bought us.
More money. More freedom. And it all just felt easier. We’re here to show you it’s built, not bought. We’re not a coaching business, we build and install systems for businesses that want more money, more freedom, and for it all to feel easier.
The system is the sale. The call is just where you collect it.
You’re one system away from a completely different business.
Same offer. Same leads. Same price. Just the convincing moved out of the call and automated before it starts.
